Will a slightly declining GPA hurt my chances?

My grades are pretty solid, but I’m afraid that my downward trend in GPA will hurt my chances into getting into some colleges.
Sophomore:
1st semester: 4.3
2nd semester: 4.1 (1 B)
Junior:
1st semester: 4.6 (1 B)
2nd semester: 4.5 (2 Bs)

I’m just looking for some insight. Thanks in advance.
