will AP scores offset bad SAT IIs?

<p>hey, i scored 5s and 4s on five ap tests but like 680-720 on my SAT IIs. Will colleges understand that i really do know my stuff?</p>

<p>No for most selective colleges.</p>

<p>680 to 720 is not necessarily bad, depending on the test - different SAT IIs have different score distributions.</p>

<p>680-720 is roughly a 4, so your AP and SAT scores are not that different. In most cases, SAT II’s have more weight for admission (not sure why), but your AP’s certainly will help. Any reason why you didn’t do as well on SAT II’s? I think they’re easier than AP,</p>
