I am willing to chance anyone if they are willing to chance me. I am not doing this as a junior, I am a senior who has applied to the above universities and want to know my chances into each one of them. they are my top preferences. Here is my applicaiton. Before I begin, I wanted to say that freshman year i received one C and couple of B-'s which was the worst thing ever due to a skin medical condition that requried me to go to the doctor’s office about three hours every other day. The doctor told me how to write about the condition. I will split up into UC and the non-Uc as they calulate gpa differently
I took a Micro economics course at De anza and received a A- in the summer before my junior year
Sophomore and Junior Year. Rigorous courses taken mainly junior year: Ap psychology, Ap english language, Ap us history, Ap calculus AB, Physics Honors
sophomore: unweighted/weighted (the same)-4.0/4.0
junior year: weighted first semester (i got a b+ first semester in calc ab which probably will hurt my chance)
First semester: 4 b’s and 2 a’s
Second semester (big jump): All A’s
GPA for both years: 4.21
Ap tests: 5-psych,5-calc,5-microeconomics (self study), 5-psychology, 4-ap english
Senior year courseload: ap phsyics C, ap stats, ap calc bc, ap english litearture, ap gov, ap macroeconomics
First semester senior year gpa: 4.8 (all A’s one A-)
EC’s: Speech and Debate (Awards included), NHS member/officer, Stock Market Club Leading Officer, Violin (competitive), Orchestra/Symphony (traveled), PACE non profit foundation (autism non profit), CSF officer/board member
Outside: I fundraise and head a organization that provides food and supplies to impoverished schools in India
Internship: Summer before junior year I completed a two month long intensive internship with a lead venture capitalist firm in the Silicon Valley
SAT: 2320: 800-Math; 760 on others
Subject Testing: Sat Math- 800. Phsyics- 760. History-740
freshman year: one C in one semester, Two b-'s; I passionately wrote about my skin condition which hindered me greateley. I discussed my high upward trend and my Venture Capitalist internship.
