If my highest composite score on my ACT and my highest writing are on different tests, will both to be considred or only the test date with the highest composite?

Example: I get a 32 Composite on a test date but a writing of 8

Next test I get a 30 composite but a writing of 10.

Now if I send both scores, will my higher writing be considered or do they only evaluate the test date with the highest composite?

For large majority of colleges, no. That is because they either do not consider the writing score for admission or they use that ACT test with the highewst composite to determine admission (the UCs are in the latter group). Foir others that actually superscore ACT’s (a significantly smaller group than those that superscore SAT’s) and also actually consider the writing score, they may consider the one with the 10 but an ssue is whether it make any difference since they may not consider the difference between an 8 and 10 to mean anything of significance.
