Will colleges scrutinize a few regular level classes here and there?

I'm a Junior and I've taken pretty challenging classes throughout high school, with a few exceptions. I took a couple of classes that weren't honors/AP:
Freshman - science and orchestra
Sophomore - math and orchestra
Junior - science
I did make Honors Orchestra my junior year... I took 2 AP's soph year and I'm taking 4 this year. The rest are honors. Will colleges scrutinize the not-honors classes? I made sure to take the highest level possible in classes that actually interest me in terms of future careers. I'm not that good at math/science. My college apps will point to my interests and talents in the humanities... what do you think?

Depends on the school you’re applying to. Fine arts classes are usually unweighted no matter what, so you won’t be penalized for the “regular” orchestra since it’s not a core academic class. For Ivies/elites, you’d probably need to have taken at least honors math/science and AP humanities. Take a step down and the picture may change.

I have taken some honors math and science, it varies by year. All of my AP’s are in the humanities.
