Will colleges take "not a native speaker" factor into account?

I moved to America about 5 years ago, when I was in 6th grade. I was "fresh off the boat", as some of my classmates teased/bullied about me. I barely knew how to speak English... But now I am pretty fluent. However, because I'm not a complete native, I tend to have tons of grammar problems, along with extremely shallow vocabulary. My mock SAT scores are pretty bad, getting a 490 for reading, 780 for math and 520 for writing.

I do try my best by reading classic novels and taking honors English classes (I plan to take AP Lit next year).

I am currently sophomore in high school and I'm aiming for Stanford... (I'm really desperate, since it was my dream college since I was in my fourth grade)
Will colleges take these factors (late immigration) into account?

P.s. My second choice will be University of Washington, since I want to major in Computer science.

Thank you so much!
