Will Georgia Tech Rescind because of Bad Senior Year AP Scores?

So I got accepted into Georgia Tech.

My previous years’ AP scores are pretty good, however my senior year AP exam scores suck (my grades in the respective AP Classes are good and so my final transcript is fine- I just sucked in the official collegeboard exams this year).

I know Georgia Tech only sees your official AP collegeboard scores if you send them in and I want to send in my good scores to get credit, but there’s no way of sending in my good scores without sending in my bad scores.

So can them seeing my bad scores affect my admission in any way and cause them to rescind it?

Should I send in my scores?

You won’t be rescinded for AP scores. If you are going to get credit or placement for the good ones, just send them. If there will be no credit or placement for any of the scores, don’t bother. Their website will tell you if they offer credit or placement for certain scores.

MODERATOR’S NOTE:

No

If you won’t get credit, there is no need to send in scores.

As an aside, I edited the title to be less clickbait-y

I could think of one scenario where this could lead to a rescind.

You get, say, a 3 on an AP test AND you rob a convenience store in the same week.

You’re fine.

Not unless you get caught.

Will not affect your admission. If you do not send and you could have gotten credit for certain classes you will not. However i recommend you take as many credits as you can from ap.

Hey there,
Did you send your scores? Were you fine?
