Will going to a school with few APs set me back?

My school's a public magnet school, and since it's pretty small there are barely any APs. A student can only take three: one science each in junior/senior year and stat in senior year. Will that put me at a significant disadvantage?

Why would it? A disadvantage in what sense?

A disadvantage against the people who take several AP classes from their schools in junior/senior year; my transcript looks like it’ll be quite humble…

Colleges look at what opportunities you had available at your school; so just take all the APs they offer and you’ll look great.
