Will having a high ACT and low SAT hurt my chances at colleges in the future.

If a college makes me send in my SAT and ACT scores but my SAT scores are low, will they get suspicious or possibly reject me because my SAT scores were comparatively lower than my ACT scores.

I don’t believe so.

To my knowledge, most schools take SAT OR ACT, and weight them equally. I don’t know of any university that requires both act and sat (some do, however, require act/sat alongside sat subject tests).

So you should be good!

Good luck, and remember to stay classy.

No. Colleges take the best score. Some (highly competitive) colleges DO require you to send both if you’ve taken both. Not many though.

Thank you for the information. @"Erin’s Dad"‌ @julianstanley‌
