Will I be rescinded????

hey guys, so I know there are already a bunch of these threads out there but I am now also really scared that I may get rescinded from UIUC. I got in for electrical engineering but unfortunately, this semester, my physics grade has dropped from an A- to a C+. Other then that everything has stayed relatively similar, but physics is really important for engineering so how does that reflect on my chances of keeping admission? Here's what my 1st/2nd semester grades this year look like

Semester 1
Religion: A
AP Calc BC: B
Physics H: A-
Stats AP: A-
AP Gov: A-
English: A-

Semester 2
Religion: A
Band: A
AP Calc BC: B+
Physics H: C+ (DOHHHHHHH)
Stats AP:B
AP Gov: B+/A- (unsure about this grade still)
English: A-

Thanks again for everyon who responds!

You’ll definitely be fine! I’m actually in the same exact situation as you I also have a C+ in honors physics! But there is no way we would be rescinded over one C+ in a honors course. Even though you did say you are in engineering I think you perfectly fine!

Thanks for the response teenieweenie, thats reassuring to hear. Did you apply for engineering also or another major?

You should be fine.
just don’t let those grades drop to a d or f.
C’s should be fine.
don’t worry haha

No I’m a biology major
