First of all how is CSULB's Political Science Department?

Anyway, I am a transfer student still eagerly awaiting a decision and I want to know roughly what my chances are of getting in?

My Stats

In-State(Central California)
Associates of Science Degree Obtained Spring 2010
CSU Requirements Completed
Re-taking English to receive higher grade at Coastline Community College
All pre-reqs for intended major (Political Science) completed.

My cumulative GPA is the tricky part, and I am not sure how it works. I have attended 4 different JC's including Coastline and Golden West but the majority of my classes were taken at another JC (in-state), so I am wondering how they put all those GPA's together and figure out the combined GPA?

Whatever the case my GPA should be 3.4+ at the very least, I think.

I have been accepted into UC Riverside, CSU Northridge, and CSU Fresno, but got a letter from CSU San Marcos saying I got in, but was placed on a waitlist because of the darn budget. I really hope the same doesn't happen with CSULB.
