Will i get in TCNJ??

I am a senior right now and an immigrant from India to US (came in April last year). I am still hoping to get in TCNJ or Rutgers.
My SAT score is 1860 CR(520) Math(760) Writing (580) and my weighed gpa is 4.64 and in top 10 %
I had ap Bio last year and got a 4 on it. Didnt know much about AP subjects then. Also had 2 other honors classes last year (11tH grade) and had high honor roll through out the year. Took Ap physics, AP Chem, AP environmental Science, AP Calc AB, English IV and US II this year currently having high honor roll.
and my ACT score is 30. Didnt get much time to prepare for SAT english sections.
Will Rutgers new brunswick and tcnj take in account for my low sat and act score as i came to US last year from a country which doesnt have english as first language and didnt get much time to prepare for it.
I have also volunteered in an hospital for 64 hrs in US and did some other volunteering at a hospitals in India.
I didnt get chances to get in sports and other extra curricular activities as its completely different here than where i was before 11th grade. But i joined Math Club and Biology Club last year and joining Key Club this year.

I didnt have to take ESL - English as Second Language. My high school took a little test and found out that my English was good enough and put my in regular English III last year. Would that be considered a positive point. I also know to speak 2 other languages and can write any number of pages. I also know one other language but i am not that good at it. Would that benefit ???

ACT scores- 30 Reading- 30, Writing- 27, Math-35, Science- 28
By the way i am thinking of taking Biology as my major.

Plz help!!!

You’ll get in.

Do you think i can still get in with my low sat scores???
Specially in CR and Writing compared to Math

No problem.
