<p>Transferring after only a year of CC your hs transcript and scores (although you don’t have them) are still considered. If you are a Va resident, for students that don’t have strong hs transcripts but blossom in college, the two year articulation agreement through Va community colleges can be an excellent road to some of the best 4-yr public universities in the state. All have different requirements regarding coursework and GPA so you’d need to plan very carefully. The advisors at the CCs are very familiar with the process and can help you.</p>
