Will I get into a serious trouble?

Hi. I’ve been worrying about my situation since the spring semester was done. So the story is I decided to transfer to another college, and fortunately I got accepted. However, my sophomore GPA went down compared to my freshman year. I’ve got 3.26 and 3.66 in freshman year but I had had some social-life issues; I couldn’t concentrate on my studying so I’ve got 2.29 and 1.7 for sophomore year. So, the cum GPA is 2.6. (I didnt fail any class. Just one D) Will this downturn in my GPA cause my transfer admission result to be revoked?

No one can answer that other than the Admissions Officer of the school to which you are intending to transfer. Schools can vary widely in acceptance conditions.

What should I do then

Call the school you are transferring to and ask.

And was that D in a class related to your major or something more random? Is the 4-year one that expects you to transfer in a certain number of credits to meet their requirements (both for admission and tobe on track?)

It’s related to my major, but I am willing to take it again. There is no certain number of credits to transfer.
