Hi, so I was accepted to transfer and when I had applied, I had about a 3.8 GPA. I just finished sophomore year, and my last semester I got a 3.4, bringing my overall down to a ~3.7. I know a 3.4 isn’t too bad and a 3.7 overall is fine, but considering that when I applied I had a 3.8, will a 3.4 be considered too low? My lowest grade was a B, so it was overall every grade going down a little rather than one C- or something dragging it down. Just wondering because my acceptance didn’t have any explicit requirements, but just said generically to keep up academic performance. I just don’t want to be in a scenario where I deposit and then have issues because of this last semester, so I’ve reached out to ask already but haven’t gotten a response.
Nah.
@privatebanker Thats good to hear. I was just worried because most schools with explicit requirements are pretty low(don’t get Cs or above 3.0 etc) but mine just said keeping up my academic performance, so it was kinda vague. I talked to admissions on the phone and I asked about my drop and he said if it was like As and Bs then I should be fine.
