Strong essays, Strong recs I hope... Think I'll get into any? Thanks

That question is a dime a dozen on here. We can’t tell you either way. I know you are nervous, but you aren’t special, you will have to wait and see just like everybody else. Best of luck!

All of the schools in the Ivy League aren’t the same. They have many different characteristics. Some are in urban areas while others are in suburban or rural areas. Which Ivy League school(s) would you be the most happiest at? Your mindset shouldn’t be that any Ivy League school would do, but rather to get into the school that is the best fit for you. There is a possibly that you may get into an Ivy League should and there is also a possibly that you may not get into any. It all depends on whether or not that school believes you are a good fit for their student body.

This isn’t the chances section, that game can be found linked in the left column. Once your are in reasonable range, no one can really say. I can just say that it wasn’t a good strategy. Best luck though.

You never know with the Ivies. In my opinion, you seemed to have used up your resources well- taking 8 college level courses and becoming valedictorian at your school. While it is a reach for anyone, I think you just may have a chance. The quality of your high school also may have an had an impact on SAT scores, though your scores are not bad. They are quite decent. As tola2015 mentioned earlier, don’t focus on getting into A Ivy league school, focus on getting into THE Ivy league school that you really want. I wish you the best of luck!

I question how strong they really are. All these schools have different vibes, and I find it highly unlikely that your essays showed equal enthusiasm for Brown’s Open Curriculum vs. Columbia’s Core Curriculum. The weakness in your strategy for selecting colleges to which to apply will unfortunately hurt you in the end.
