I am considering applying early decision to Bates but I want to know if I actually have a shot. I plan of having a great essay and amazing recommendations
Here are some stats.
I go to a school that is top ranked nationally - top 2% of america
My GPA is 3.7 unweighted and 4.2 weighted
My classes have been mostly honors or APs
I play violin and I play for the symphony orchestra at my school
ECs
Baseball - freshman year
Ultimate Frisbee - junior and senior year (led team to third in state junior year, season hasn’t started for senior year)
150+ hours of community service throughout my high school time.
African Drumming
Creative writing club
Math club (frosh year only)
