Will I get into BC?

Hello! I am a senior at a high school outside of Boston and I would love to attend BC. My mother went there for business school and my grandfather went there for undergrad. My family donates money to BC. I have a 4.2694 weighted GPA and an SAT score of 1350 (720 English/ 630 Math). I am the president of my school’s Model UN club and French club. I have hosted French exchange students for 2 years now. Last year, I won a book award for political activity (state-wide recognition). I am a member of the National Honor Society. I have interned at the MA State House and I currently intern for my congressman. My boss at my congressman’s office is writing a recommendation for me. I am the captain/ 1st singles player for my tennis team. I work a part-time job. My essay for BC is about a Model UN conference I attended that was actually hosted by BC. Junior year, I took AP French and APUSH. I got a 4 on the French exam and a 5 on the APUSH exam. This year, I am taking AP Lit, AP Gov, and AP Stats. I am in the top 10 percent of my class. Sorry this sounds like rambling, but I would really like a non-biased opinion on my chances at this school. Thank you in advance!

because of your family connections, chances look pretty good, might want to try and get your SAT up at least 50-90 points.

My nephew had a 4.24 and a 1310 GPA and he got in- but it wasn’t to the business school, which is, I think, more competitive.

I think you have a really good chance. The only thing that might be keeping you is your SAT score but I don’t think Admissions take that into account as much as essays rec letters & gpa.
