Will I get into Northeastern's college of computer and information science?

Hi all,
Senior in high school and debating whether or not to apply early action. I took the SAT's once and got a 1740 but I am taking the ACT in two weeks (right on time before the early action deadline). I have been taking lots of practice tests and am ranging from a composite score of 31-33. I will take another ACT before the regular decision deadline is due. I want to apply early action but I'm afraid of rejection because I will be going into it without knowing what I actually got on the ACTs. That said...
I go to the #1 ranking school in Pennsylvania.
3.97 weighted gpa
4 AP classes, 3 honors classes
Varsity ultimate frisbee team 4 years
BuildOn volunteer club 3 years
Future business leaders of america 2 years
Varsity basketball manager 3 years
Varsity tennis manager 1 year
Summer camp counselor 1 year
UPenn Annenberg public policy summer program 1 year
Grade trend is looking good (predicting only 1 B on midterm report)

So should I apply early action?

There’s no reason not to apply EA. ED is a whole different matter, but there really isn’t a downside to EA. If you are close, they will defer you. If you get in, great. If you aren’t close, then the rejection is earlier and allows you to plan accordingly.

As far as your chances, you need that 31 or so ACT for a good chance, ideally higher. Your GPA/School/Rigor can carry your testing a bit, but it needs to be decent. Also, higher math/science scores will help if the spread isn’t completely even on your testing. All said, NEU looks like a pretty median match school for you if you can test around 31-33 on the ACT. If not, its more of a low reach.
