Northeastern University - ED, EA, or RD?

Hello. I'm a rising senior and I'm going to apply to Northeastern University for sure.
My question is, which one of them is the best: early decision, early action, or regular decision?
My concern is my ACT score because it is pretty low compared to those accepted to NEU.
But can you take a look at my stats and give me advice?
And I'm retaking the ACT, but would the scores come in time to apply with ED or EA?

My status as a student:

Thanks in advance!

I would apply EA. you’re high for the school but you want to make sure you get money and have your options open so I wouldn’t recommend the binding decision even though it’s tempting

@Njrunner thanks you!

Does anyone know if my ACT scores from the ACT I’m taking this October will come in time for Northeastern or other early action colleges to view it in time? (EA: Nov. 1st)

I would recommend EA also. I don’t think they’ll come on time, the ACT is on the 25th and they usually come 2-4 weeks after.
Chance me? <a href=“Chance me? - #6 by nicobella - Chance Me / Match Me! - College Confidential Forums”>Chance me? - #6 by nicobella - Chance Me / Match Me! - College Confidential Forums;

The only ACT Test date in October 2014 is October 25th. It usually takes about 3-4 weeks for an ACT w/ writing score to be reported, but it could take up to 8 weeks (Dec 29). From NU’s website: “test scores will be considered for early action candidates if received by December 1.”

If you really want to show them an improved ACT score, you should apply RD. There’s a good chance you won’t be able to report your ACT October test if you apply EA. It’s also important to realize that NU superscores the ACT, so if you send them every ACT test score you’ve taken, they’ll consider you based on the highest score from each section they’ve received.
