I just found out that my TAG to UCI got me an admission offer. The problem is, last semester I got a D in one of my pre-req classes and even reported to them when they asked for grades yet I still got an offer with TAG. I was unable to get the class to make up the grade this semester. Are the chances of me getting the offer rescinded high? And if very likely, why even offer it to me?
