I was accepted to American University under Early Decision. I have straight A's except for my AP Statistics class. I received a C for the first semester and now have an F for the first marking period. I predict that I will end up with a D in this class. I am going to major in International Studies, so math is not that important and this is my fifth math of my high school career. Also, AU only requires three years of math. Would I get revoked? Thanks.

Not likely! Relax and I have never ( despite what other posters claim) heard or known of a single early decision that was rescinded. To any of those posters who keep stating this occurs, ease give details of outcome. What happens? Someone goes from a great school to no school? Community college ? What happens to all those accepted that are rescinded?
You do not hear of the outcomes because it rarely if ever occurs! The school may question but I have never actually know a student who had an acceptance rescinded for a C or D in senior year!

Schools know that the college application process requires travel and time and effort. Grades dropping, especially in demanding and challenging courses are to be expected. I think you will have no issues, but why not give the college admissions office a call and ask what they think?

Call the school and talk to them.
