<p>applying to NYU CAS (ED)</p>

<p>GPA: 3.893 (weighted, school doens't do unweighted)
Rank: 16%
SAT = 630 Reading, 670 Math, 670 writing. Retaking in october
SAT2= 670 Chemistry 680 Math IC</p>

<p>Activities:
Varsity Fencing
JV Golf
Varsity Marching Band -- section leader
Jazz Band-- section leader
Model UN
DECA
Latin Club
Wind Ensemble-- principal chair
Church Youth Group-- President
National Honor Society
Volunteer at Local animal refuge -- around 80 hours or so
Brigadiers Drum&Bugle Corps
Boston Crusaders Drum & bugle corps
Internship over the summer in 2 companies</p>

High Honor Roll - 1 yr
Varsity Letter- 2 for Fencing, 1 for Marching band

<p>Maintain (or increase) your GPA and try to score better on the SAT and you'll have a decent shot. You could get in ED now, but you'd have a better chance if you improve your SAT and GPA. Your ECs are quite good, though. You have some leadership positions and a clear passion (music).</p>
