Will I have enough time or am i screwed?

Ok so im basicaly Planning on Taking the following four APs This year

AP Physcis B
AP Enviromental science
AP Statistics
AP Psychology

now the 'problem' is that 3 of these are self-study (Physics is the only one i am taking at school) and i am a junoir so i have other things to worry about (PSAT, SAT, getting a high GPA, SAT IIs etc..)
So Do you guys think that i would have enough time to do all this Or is it overkill, assume that i start from Square 1 on all of them (Except for Physics WHich i do at school with a pretty good teacher)?

O and whats the best time to start the 'serious' studying? mid-late march?

Bump anybody?

I personally don't know you, so I have no clue how much stress it is going to place on you, but I would say try to go with the schedule for 1/2 moth or so and see how you are doing. Probably the hardest part will be finding the motivation in the middle of the year to study 3 subjects independently, because the enthusiasm for self-studying will defenatelly decrease as the year progresses.

I'd say you should study a bit & take a practice exam BEFORE you have to plunk down money & commit to the # of APs you're going to take. My S took 4 APs as a junior, but he was taking classes related to all of them & did well.

He self-studied for 2 (sr. year--env sci & us gov) & did fine, along with the 7 he took corresponding with courses he took; he's highly motivated & self-studies well.

Of those you're self-studying for, I believe psych & env sci are the easier ones; have read that AP stats is tricky & has a tough curve. Only you can determine how much you want to push yourself & what your workload will be like to decide whether it makes sense to self-study for APs in addition to physics you're taking in your class.
