I went to a technical college to get a couple credits to save money before a transfer to a 4 year, but unfortunately i have to leave early and go to a 4 year after my second semester ( personal reasons). I will hopefully be attending Coastal Carolina University. They require 24 credits to transfer, at the end of last semester (summer) i ended up with 10 credits that will transfer. I am taking 15 more transferable credits this semester(fall). I hope to attend CCU in the spring. Since i will be applying soon because the transfer application opens up on the 19th, will they need my highschool info? I did very poorly in high school, but am doing much better in college. That is another reason i attended community college, to bring my grades up. Thanks for your answers ahead of time! Btw sorry for poor grammar and spelling i'm writing this extremely fast before i gotta leave.

Contact the admissions office. They’re the only ones who can give you a reliable answer.

I have but it seems like it may take a while via email. I was just wondering if anyone on here has had the same or a similar experience. Thank you for your answer though!

You have earned 10 transferable credits now, so
And

Well obviously somewhere along the line 4kidsdad got mixed up, but i just so happened to finally receive my answer from CCU. They told me to send my high school(if i want) , and if I am not admissible from my high school they will just look at my college. I took 13 Credit hours during summer but one class does not transfer, and I’m taking 15 next semester of which all transfer.

^I think when you are ready to apply in the fall, you still have earned 10 transferable credits. The grades of the 15 fall semester credits will not be available. That’s why the school want to see your high school courses.

Why don’t you just call the admissions office?
