Hey everyone!
Well first of all, forgive me if I posted this in the wrong section, but I desperately need some advice regarding transferring to the United States.
I'm an international student,if you will, currently studying in Malaysia and I'd like to transfer to the University of Minnesota at Twin Cities majoring in Neuroscience. The problem is that, the U of M does not have a spring admission for the School of Biological Sciences.
I'd like to know if it's all right,or advisable, to transfer to another one of the campuses, perhaps majoring in Biology, taking a few courses Neuroscience-related,for like 2 semesters, and then transfer to the Twin Cities campus.
Do the schools allow that?

The reason I'd like to do that is because the education system here in Malaysia isn't exactly top-notch, even compared to the lesser ones in the US. Many of the science lecturers here doesn't know what they're doing, and I do not want my grades affected, and I wouldn't wanna retake the courses in the US.
help me?
