I have got a 2130 on SAT I (750CR/730M/650W). The CR+M score is pretty good 1480. Should I take it again? I know I can improve it to around 2300, but since many colleges don't look at the Writing scores, is it worth the retake? If I don't give the SAT again, I'll have more time to work on the essays. Does the Writing scores really matter?????????????

I'm sorry for whining , but I'm really very confused.

I don't think at this stage you can really study for the writing section. So it is a matter of taking a test for a few hours on a Saturday in Dec. Go for it. It certainly can't be useless to get your W score above 700.

I used to get all right or only 1 wrong in my practice tests from the blue book. I got 750+ in all the Writing tests from the blue book. Thanx collegebound2007.
