As a current reader of my threads like this, I agree they can become extremely tedious. That being said, the stress level of college is really getting to me and just want insight in my chances at some of my top schools. My #1 is WVU and I have wanted admission since I was a child. I am looking at the Reed college of media inside of WVU if that helps. Maine Orono is my second choice school. Currently as an out of state junior student my credentials are:
GPA: 2.89 (most likely will raise to 3.0 by the end of the semester)
Spanish I and Spanish Il
Science: Biology, Chemistry and Environmental
English: 9th grade English, Practical Writing, Debate, Journalism I and Am. Lit.
SAT: My psat score was poor 850/1600 but I believe I did way better on the actual SAT that I haven’t gotten back yet.
I also have over 40 hrs of community service, will be writing for the school newspaper next year and play two varsity sports at my HS
