Hi everyone, just looking for (brutal?) honesty please!

I am 24 year old female living in FL.
4.0 GPA
Sophomore at Edison State College
In Phi Theta Kappa (honors society of 2-year schools)
In Honors Scholars program at school
Graduating in Dec 2011 with AA with High Honors distinction
In the top 5% at my college
Work history in healthcare since age 16 (mostly pharmacy tech)

I'm worried because I have a GED (eeewwww I know) and no SAT or ACT scores.

I don't have a very good story to justify it either. I had a 3.98 unweighted GPA when I left high school in my junior year. Long history of impeccable grades in school and tons of awards.

Is there any hope for me to go to JHU med school - or even any med school with a GED?

What can I do to increase my chances of getting into JHU med school? I will be transferring to a local university (Florida Gulf Coast University) to get my BS in Bio this spring - in their honors program too. But FGCU isn't a prestigious school; it does have about 66% selectivity though, but it's no University of Florida or anything, it's just cheap and local. I'm doing my very best to compensate for that stupid GED. Should I take the SAT's or will my degrees be enough for med school? What extra curriculars should I get into?

Thanks for your honest replies.
