Will Mendoza Finance prep me for a Quant grad school?

<p>I became interested in ND due to Mendoza, particularly their finance program. Now, however, I am determined to get my Masters of Fiance Engineering or some degree similar at a "quant" school such as UChic or Carnegie Mellon. Would Finance through Mendoza prepare me enough, mathematically for this? If not, would it be possible to double major with math and Mendoza finance? </p>

<p>If anyone happens to be on the same path at me that would be amazing!</p>

<p>I’m in ND, my brother did Finance/Math at Notre Dame double major and I’m planning on doing the same.</p>

<p>He said it’s pretty easy because a lot of courses overlap - woo.</p>

<p>Now he works at Credit Suisse NYC in his first year out…i’m a freshman here at ND.</p>
