Will my credits transfer?

I want to get all of my pre-requisites done so that I can transfer into an accredited pharmacy school in Florida. The problem I am facing is whether or not my credits will transfer to the school. I'm a senior in high school and take all of my classes at the college through the Dual Enrollment program.
I contacted the college I wanted to get into and they sent me a list of all of the pre-requisites needed to get accepted into the Pharmacy School.
I planned on taking pre-calculus and physics for the spring semester but I only want to do them if they will transfer. My current college course name for the pre-cal is PRE-CALCULUS ALGEBRA : MAC1140 and the other college I plan to attend is MAC1147 (pre-cal).
What should I do? I want to get as many of the credits needed as possible before I graduate.

The only people who can answer this question, are on the staff at the college/university you want to transfer to. Email them and ask which courses at your dual-enrollment college/university are acceptable.

All right, thank-you. I figured it would be something simple like that.
