Will my ethnicities give me an advantage in admissions?

I am:

50% "default" white.
25% Hispanic white.
25% Hispanic Native American.

Which in turn means I'm 75% white, 25% Native American, and 50% Hispanic, if we're looking at it Census-style (if we want to get specific, the Hispanic part of me is Guatemalan). I have a few questions about all this:

My Native American ancestry does not come from the U.S., and I could never become part of a U.S. tribe. I'm even concerned that it'll be totally ignored because of that. Will the government and other organizations still throw money at me, even though I'm not a "conventional" Native American?

When I'm only allowed to pick one race on a form, which should I pick?

Will affirmative action in admissions bless me because of my clusterduck of ethnicities?

Hispanic is an ethnicity, not a race. If the forms follow the requirements of the US Dept. of Education, there will be two sets of questions: one for race, and one for ethnicity.

Yes, you’ll probably get a bit of an admissions boost.
