Will my October 22nd ACT be sent?

Hey, I've never had luck with standardized testing but I feel this is my last shot to improve and help out in any way as I send in my college applications. My first ACT (December 2010) was taken with little prep and I received a 24 (25 e, 27 m, 20 r, 22 s). The September 2011 ACT went well since I studied a lot several weeks before taking it, but I only received a 27 composite (29 e, 30 m, 23 r, 24 s). I got an A- and a B+ in AP Chem at a competitive high school and I have gotten straight As through high school english classes (above average reader), but my scores certainly don't reflect my intellect. I plan to prepare a decent amount, but not nearly as much as before, mainly focusing on reading and science.

I was wondering if my October 22nd score would be sent to schools that I am applying early to (some are Nov. 1st deadline). Obviously it won't make it before the deadline, but will the schools still see them/ possibly superscore them? Some are Nov. 15th deadlines so that's not a problem, but for certain schools i'm wondering if it's even worth it to apply with a low ACT, while I have great ECs, great recs, and even better essays that reflect my immense growth through unfortunate obstacles in my life.

Please refer to my "chance" post if you are bored/ want to help a guy out http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1215724-chance-senior-business-schools-27-act.html , but if not I would really appreciate an answer to my question :). For some reason I'm thinking I heard the answer was, "there's a 99% chance they'll get the results, but it's not a guarantee," but any input would greatly be appreciated.

Some schools are more flexible than with that deadline than others. I know UChicago allows you to send it in for the November 1, but NYU does not. Call them and find out ASAP
