Will my provisional acceptance be revoked?

Hello,
Okay, so recently got this message:
"Congratulations on your admission to California State University, Los Angeles as a first-time freshman student for Fall Quarter 2012. This offer of admission is provisional and contingent upon verification of self-reported information on your application."

I know that you need 3 years of Math with a "C" or better. These are my grades so far for math:

Algebra II – 1st Semester: B / 2nd Semester: C
PreCalc/Trig – 1st Semester: B / 2nd Semester: C
AP Stat – 1st Semester: D / 2nd Semester: TBA

Do I still have a chance? By the way, I'm taking the AP Statistics test, will that help at all? Yes, I'm horrible at math but I am trying really hard, and I'll try harder next semester. Please help me.

basically provisional admit means: “If you didn’t lie about anything on your application and you pass all your classes in spring semester with C’s or better, you’re in”

So as long as you pass everything you’re fine. Congrats!

Thanks! I was freaking out, thank you so much. I really suck at math, so that’s the only class I’m really worried about. Thanks again!

So I’m having this problem now, the only difference is that my final grade for my anatomy class is a D+ I’m worried that my acceptance might be revoked… Will my chances still be high if they see that I have good grades in all of my others classes? & the fact that I was on the schools academic decathalon team?
