Will my smaller school hurt my chances?

Oh hey.
Ah...my school is smaller. As in, significantly smaller. About 20-ish kids per class. It's very competitive among the people at the top (me, two other people) but I am in the top 3.

But, considering my smaller class size, are my chances going to be hurt when I apply because of this? I have a lot of extracurriculars, a GPA that is 3.6 right now (my geometry teacher....bad grades. Guh.) but I'm going to work my butt off this year to raise it more. I have a lot of significant plans mapped out for this year and I think it could help, but I'm worried about the class size.

Any help/advice?

Being part of a tiny class will not hurt your chances. If your school is new and/or unknown to colleges, it will be useful to have a high school profile that lets colleges evaluate your achievements in the context of the opportunities available at your school.
