Will one bad report affect my chances? - entrepreneur

I’m from Australia and the curriculum is a little more difficult than America - especially in Year 11/12 because we have ATAR/WACE.

So I got A’s in all the 4 main subjects (SOSE, Maths, English, Science) till Year 10. However, second semester Year 10 I got only 3 A’s on my report - A SOSE, A English, C Maths (First Non-A!!!), C PE, B Health, B Art, B Science ect. This was the worst report I ever had. However, in Year 11/12 I got a 97.5 ATAR. Which places me in the top 2.5% in the country. I can virtually get into any school in the country.

Will that one Year 10 report negatively affect my chances? BTW, I have very excellent extra-curriculars and awards. For example I have started two startups. My first app startup was sold to X company for X million in year 11. And I’m currently working on another startup which just raised $300k crowdfunding. I have been featured in Forbes ect. This is just some background info. So considering my extra curriculars and achivements, will this one report ruin everyrhing?

Additionally, that semester was a really bad one for me. I was constantly distracted and so tired because I only got 5 hours. So on my report some of my teachers said that all I did was talk or seem to zone out in class. My previous reports all said I was diligent and motivated ect. This was a bad term. I’m worried about the comments as well.

How many times are you going to post this? Do real entrepreneurs ask a bunch of anonymous people to evaluate them?

Okay, Stanford receives more than 30,000 applications out of 3 million potential applicants. That’s basically one percent.

Stanford rejects thousands of “perfect” scores. As such, your application slips just a little bit for each score that isn’t up there.

Hmm, he only had 1 post?

yeah and entrepreneur does ask people to evaluate them because they know they can’t go to their company and be like ‘yo evalaute me on getting into stanford’ hence, cc community can because a) they dont know who i am - its anon, b) they have experience and knoweldge. i swear people on cc get more and more jealous each month. give solid advice please.

Could you be a little more clear on what you mean? I’m not following the “knoweldge” and “jealous” parts.
