Chances at:
Harvard, Princeton, Penn, Columbia, Duke, Chicago, Cornell, Dartmouth, Yale, Brown, Johns Hopkins, Carnegie Mellon, MIT, Northwestern?

is there anything else i could do to improve my app for next year

Yes it will hurt, especially since you’re from a very over represented state with lots of top students from your high school applying and from the state as a whole. If you’re white/Asian and unhooked, the vast majority who get into the ivies will be in the very top few of their class. Especially with no stand out EC’s.

Better chance at Cornell, CMU, NU, Hopkins and Duke where your high scores should make an impression.

yes it will hurt you very much. nevertheless, your scores are good and match their upper criteria.

I agree, everything looks very solid! If you could catch up to be in the top 3%, then I say your chances are vastly improved. Best of luck!
