<p>It seems that for about a generation or so, Penn has been the 2nd easiest Ivy to get into. With the fall of Dartmouth and the seemingly growing popularity of Penn, will Penn be much harder to get into in the years to come? It seems like Penn (and also Brown & UChicago too lol) seem to like to advertise their school quite a bit. </p>
<p>In the next few years, it will be harder to get into… almost everywhere…
People are starting to realise that there’s more to a college/uni than its prestige/name recognition and so more and more relatively unknown colleges (LACs) are getting higher number of applications… couple that in with the fact that more and more HS students want to go to college now…i think the number of students who get perfect SAT/ACT scores is also on the rise…so basically, yes, i think that affording college will become easier (more need blind schools) but getting in will get harder…</p>
<p>It’s not like it’s super easy to get into any Ivy. It’s already ridiculously hard. </p>
