Will Penn's ED reply come via email as well?

<p>I'll be overseas from Dec 10-ish onwards, so obviously I won't be there to get their decision letter in my mail! Hence, I was just wondering whether the ED reply will be sent to the email as well, so that I will know if I need to retract the RD apps that I would have sent before I went overseas.</p>

<p>Also, this doesn't have anything to do with Penn specifically, but I was just wondering whether if, luckily, I do get accepted into Penn, can I just inform the RD schools via email that I have been accepted into my ED school, or would it only be legit via mail? Thanks!</p>
