Your SATs are a little low, I think, but your Subject Tests are pretty good, and your GPA and all that stuff is great and that counts more than SATs, so I'd guess you're in? Your extracurriculars are pretty standard but they're good ones so they help too. I'd say you're in but you really shouldn't take my word for it, admissions decisions rarely make sense to me

Hmmm... maybe you should apply to Bowdoin, which is SAT optional. (or Bates or Middlebury, which are also SAT optional).

Middlebury is not SAT optional - they take, i am pretty sure, the SAT I OR the ACT OR 3 SAT IIs. It's just a better deal!

^^ I still call that "SAT optional" since you do not need to submit "The SAT" (if you submit subject tests).

I think you are a good candidate. Yes, your SAT scores may not be in the general pool of Haverford applicants, but neither were mine (actually our scores are very similar). Haverford has many amazing applicants in all different senses of the word "amazing," and I know you can be confident that your chances fall into that category.

Best of luck!

i think ur chances are very low...ur sat is extremely low for haverford...especially if you don;t have a coach/professor/someone you know pulling you through. nothing stands out as exceptional either... other than capitain of debate team, you have very little EC's..quizbowl is kind of a joke and so r the political clubs, and for one its not always great to put political affiliations on resumes/applications. and the SAT II's play a small part in the app process...i took them hung over/drunk and didn;t break 600 on any of them.

Ahh, sorry I'm a little late. How many AP and Honors Classes does your school offer because your schedule could be considered rigorous, but it might not too...

Because the school runs on block scheduling, it is rare for students to take more than four AP Classes.
