Will these stats give me a shot at Harvard or UPenn?

I am currently a sophomore. I am:
- first in class, taking the hardest classes offered at my school: 4.501 GPA.
- Got a 202 on the PSAT (never done questions like them before), so let's hypothetically say with hard work I get a perfect score on my SAT.
- Will most likely get perfect scores on SAT IIs.

Extracurriculars
- JV Cross-Country 10th grade, Will probably advance to Varsity Team Captain for 11th and 12th grade.
- Varsity Wrestling in 10th grade. Varsity Captain in 11th/12th grade.
- Mu Alpha Theta.
- Going to join Model UN or some other academic extracurricular.
- Work sufficiently with my dad on landscaping business.
- Hospital Volunteering/ Habitat for Humanity.

I live in a small town in Florida, where literally no one ever gets accepted to an Ivy League school.

The thing that I am most worried about is my extracurriculars. I know it is not a lot, unlike the laundry lists that other students on here post, but I dedicate A LOT of time to these activities. Give me some suggestions which will make me stand out? And will these stats make me a decent applicant to top-tier colleges?

I think you probably have a good chance at getting into both of those schools BUT you have a lot of hypothetical accomplishments.

Yes, you area a decent applicant

Here are two true statements for you to ponder:

1) your chances are probabaly 3-4 times better than the general applicant population.

2) HYPed schools typically say “no” to 80% of Valedictorians, 70% of those with a perfect 36 on the ACT, 75% of those who got an 800 on the Math SAT

Meaning: GO for it . . and Love Thy Safeties.
