So Penn's site says they want test scores from the December date at the latest, but I totally effed up my two SAT II Subject Tests today. One was Math II, which I need for Wharton. I know this score will be absolutely horrendous since I left so many blank...

If I retook Math II in January anyway and sent it in, do you think Penn would consider it?

Math II was tough today...I took it first then I changed my Chem test I was signed up for to Math I so I could get an easy 800. I thought it was January that WAS the last testing date for regular decision candidates not December.

Can someone verify that this January last test date thing is true for Penn? I suspect it isn't, but I'm also hoping that they would at least glance at the score before tossing my Wharton app into the trash can.

January IS the last day, but only if the test you are taking is a retake. First time testing in January is frowned upon.

a2npersuas2n, do you have a link or something to verify this?

I've looked everywhere, and all I see are December due dates.

Penn Admissions: Required Tests

here you go. I'm planning on retaking a test in January.

a2npersuas2n, thanks!

I guess I didn't read the bit about January first-time test takers very accurately. I was probably wallowing in despair about my horrid SAT II score, and didn't bother to read the next sentence.

Thank you for refueling my dreams!!
