Will this affect me as a transfer?

Hello all. I am currently a high school student (major slacker for three years, found something i really enjoyed, and now I find myself regretting every minute of high school). I have been denied from most of the schools I applied to, so I will likely be attending community college for a year and attempting to transfer out after.

However, the school I want to transfer to has recently been sending out letters denying students stating (in so many words) that my school has too many applicants to this college and that they are being forced to deny some students that they would normally have accepted (I, on the other hand, was denied due to my grades).
Will the fact that my HIGH SCHOOL has so many applicants affect me as a TRANSFER?

If you apply after you’ve accumulated 30 credits, the university may not even ask for your high school grades (you’ll have to check with your school though, this isn’t a rule!).

^^ This particular school requires 27 not to see your high school transcripts. But in the event that I apply with around 15-16, I was just curious. I don’t know if it will, but I was just wondering if anyone here has experienced it.
