So I submitted my SAT score (1700) to some colleges already and recently got a 28 on ACT with a good math score. I sent my ACT score recently. Will my SAT still have a negative impact on my application? Or will they overlook my SAT with my ACT? Thanks.

All schools I know of will use the higher score. Don’t worry about it.

They use whatever benefits you the most.

I’m in the same boat as you- my ACT score is much higher than SAT. All of the admissions officers I’ve talked to have said they only consider whichever score is higher. No worries.

Thanks so much guys! What a relief to hear these answers! :D.
