Will this get my admissions rescinded?

I got into UW out of state, and my parents are going through a hefty process to change my state residency. Anyways, here are the grades I got accepted with (as I hear UW does not count Senior grades for admissions purposes).

Grade 9 - 2.86 (1 C, 2 C+'s, 3 B's, 2 B+'s)
Grade 10 - 2.33 (1 D, 1 D+, 1 C, 1 C+, 1 B, 1 B+), AP World History
Grade 11 - 3.53 (3 B's, 3 B+'s, 3 A's), AP English
Grade 12 - 2.857 (2 C's, 1 C+, 4 B's), AP Computer Science, AP Calculus, AP Psychology
Cumulative GPA: 2.89

Senior Grades
1st Quarter (2 C's, 3 B's, 1 B+, 1 A), 2nd Quarter (1 C, 1 C+, 5 B's)
1st Semester (1 C, 2 C+'s, 3 Bs, 1 B+)
3rd Quarter (1 D+, 2 C's, 3 B's, 1 B+), 4th Quarter (1 D+, 2 C's, 3 B's, 1 B+)
Fnl Mrk (2 C's, 1 C+, 4 B's)

I stated in my essay that moving back to the United States (junior year) had given me the stability to do well in school, but my senior grades totally contradict that argument. Because my situation, will admissions officers place extra scrutiny on my grades? I also hear that UW has admitted more students than its intended freshmen seat. Does that mean they will be rescinding more students? Honestly, what do you all think will happen to me?

While only the most competitive schools generally ask people not to attend their university after accepting them based on their final year grades, less competative schools just want to make sure that you havent already fallen down an academic slipery slope. So keep in mind that although it is possible that your grades can affect the admissions process, its much less possible than if you would be going to harvard or yale.
