Will this "hurt" my chances at applying to business schools?

I'm currently a junior with a decent GPA (3.7 UW), high sat (2320) but I did a lot of science/math related ECs and activities (like AECOM internship, which focuses on engineering)and barely, if any, business related things (the only class that's any remotely related to business will be the Financial Algebra class I take next year).

So will business schools (like Stern) look at me and be like, "oh hey why is this kid applying to a business school when he's probably geared to focus on science?"

It typically helps to show an interest in your intended major through ECs, essays, and classes. Schools like Stern and Wharton are so selective that even if you took part in a bunch of Econ/Business ECs there would be a high chance of rejection.
The bigger question is why do you want to apply to business school if your ECs are obviously skewed towards STEM?

because up until the middle of this year I thought I wanted to become a doctor, until I realized that I wanted to be one mainly to make money…and that should never be the primary goal of someone in the medical field. I 've always had an interest in the economy, stock market, etc ever since I was a child though, so as of now I’m almost 100% sure I should be going to a business undergraduate college/
