Will This Hurt My Chances of Transferring into UIUC?

I'm studying Political Science at an IL community college. I have a 3.8 GPA (two Bs in science classes) and 35 completed credits. Two of my PS courses and one Art History class were Honors (a research paper for American Government, delivered the lecture one day for International Relations, and a research paper about the political influence of a particular artist for Art). I am planning on applying to University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign for Spring 2015 transfer and haven't been worried about getting in until now.

I was home-schooled so am just now taking the GED (many home-schoolers don't have to bother but UIUC requires it). Will having my GED rather than my diploma significantly hurt my chances of getting into the school? Also, I have had to take quite a bit of developmental math at the community college because my home-schooling experience was by far inadequate. The classes don't affect my GPA so I put them on the backburner in favor of working on my other classes. I have gotten mostly Bs in them, with a C in Int. Algebra. Like I said, they don't affect my GPA but do appear on my transcript. Will that negatively affect me as well? Please help, and thank you!

I really doubt it.
