I had a few crappy teachers this semester, and I might end up with 2-3 B's first semester of senior year. Will this shoot my chances of getting in? I've gotten almost all A's the rest of high school.

The B's would be in AP Bio, AP Stats, and AP Physics C.

how detrimental is it to your rank?

how many B’s did you get in total throughout high school?

AP Gov (a 5 on the exam), Graphic Design (Freshman year…probably doesn’t mean jack), and a mandatory Senior Composition Class last summer

You have more Bs in high school than my peers have gotten at Princeton…

Bad news, perhaps?

I got into Princeton and I had five B’s on my transcript. But three of them were in 9th grade and two were in tenth grade. And I had straight A’s in 11th grade and first semester 12th grade.

Why are you blaming the teachers?

He lacks personal responsibility - he would fit in perfectly at Princeton.
