Will this SAT II Score look good or bad? (somewhat unique circumstance)

This year I took the SAT II Korean with Listening. I received a 550 as a final score.
That being said, I never studied Korean in a structured environment (never took a class in school or outside of school) and I am 100% self taught. I am African American as well, so I didn't learn it at home.

I'm looking at schools such as Stanford, Cal Berkeley, Columbia, Dartmouth, etc. I was considering doing early action for Stanford next year when I apply (i'm currently a junior) but I know that if I apply with early action it will be before I get a chance to take the SAT II Korean again, as it is only administered once a year in November.
My question is, will the 550 look at least somewhat impressive to colleges considering I'm self taught?
Would it be better to apply early action and keep my 550 score, or apply regular decision and get a chance to take to test again and increase my score?

I think it would be best to send the score (with this background info written somewhere in your application) along with another subject test (or two) that you’ve scored well in. Colleges know that languages have a tough curve.
