Will UCLA rescind my offer if i cannot complete the TAP program?

I got accepted into business econ with a gpa of 3.87 in fall, and I have been taking honor classes to fulfill the TAP program. However I got a C in one of my 7 honor classes in spring and that means I cannot complete the program as it requires Bs or above in all honor classes. So will ucla rescind my offer because of the C that I got? Does anyone has any idea how it is going to decide rescinding an offer or not? Should i send them an email to explain for my bad result? I am pretty worried right now.

You should call them first. TBH, I haven’t heard of a situation where one is rescinded by not completing the TAP Program. Basically, just relax, then tmr, which is Monday, give your Rep a call and ask about your situation. Good luck!

Btw, I know this is quite rude but I’m about to predict that the guy with username “GoAskAdmission” is going to pop into this thread and says sth like: “<<<<= See username” lol

No, I considered this a fairly original question.

I literally laughed out loud from the above two posts!

Don’t you just need 6 honors classes? And TAP only helps you get in, it doesn’t guarantee it. So I don’t see why they would take admission away if you’re not even dependent on it.

no i need 7. The honor institute told me that there were people sharing my situation in the past got rescinded. Just dont know how high the chance of being rescinded would be.
